I'd like to say how great Direct Specs is. You've helped get rid of those awful days when you bought just one pair of glasses and made them last as long as possible because they were so expensive to buy, regardless of fashion. Now I can have a pair of glasses to match my outfit or mood because the Direct Specs range is so inexpensive but never cheap looking. Hooray for you!!

I just wanted to say thank you.
I had an eye test on Saturday and found out I needed glasses. I shopped around for some glasses and were shocked at how expensive they are. My Dad recommended Direct Specs as he uses your Halesowen store. I ordered my glasses on Saturday night and recieved them Tuesday! They fit lovely and I can see again.

I write just to say how delighted I am with my glasses.
The whole process was extremely simple, and I was surprised how quickly my glasses arrived within a matter of days.
I was also impressed with the quality of packaging used to deliver, and the handy advice slip and quality lens cloth supplied - small details that go a long way.

I ordered a pair of Emperor from yourselves with my new prescription and they were delivered last week. I have to say that they fit perfectly, are comfortable in use, give me perfect vision in both eyes and are just great for driving! I purchased 2 pair's of specs from direct specs in Nov 06 & have been meaning to promote your company earlier but have only just got round to it!
1 pair are varifocal reaction and the 2nd pair are clear varifocal, and I am totally satisfied with style, quality,durability and above all, price & courtious attention to detail.
